This cute four bedroom, two bath farmhouse is perfect for the farmhouse enthusiast with just the right amount of acreage for a few goats, chickens and a garden. The farmhouse was built in 1930 and sits on almost an acre. The home features the original hardwood floors throughout the majority of the house and also features the original wooden antique interior doors. Downstairs you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen, two baths, master suite and laundry room/office/mud room/5th bedroom. In both the living room and master you will find big bay windows that let in the natural light. There is a wooden fireplace in the master that can be easily used as a fireplace again with a few adjustments. The kitchen still has the original farm style cabinets. There is a glass cooktop and a built in wall oven. The laundry room is huge! You could easily transform this into a cute little laundry/mud room with individual built in lockers for the kids to have their own personal locker space or turn it into an office or 5th bedroom. Upstairs you will find three other bedrooms all of a nice size. Are you outdoorsy? You will enjoy entertaining guests on your back patio underneath the shaded pecan trees on those warm Texas summer evenings. In the back you can build a nice chicken coop along with planting a large garden with all kinds of fresh veggies and fruits. Locals go crazy for farm fresh eggs and veggies. Can you picture yourself on a summer afternoon, underneath the shade trees, eating a fresh watermelon from your garden? I can and it is picture perfect! ***SELLER IS HIGHLY MOTIVATED*** ***MAKE AN OFFER***
