Hello, I am Laura Selucky, currently a realtor at Hoyt Real Estate. I am new to the real estate world, but not a stranger to this community.  I am a native Armadillo with roots that run deep in the heart of San Saba. My parents, Mark and Kay Scott still reside in the beautiful town and are active members of the community.

I attended Tarleton State University and graduated with a bachelor of science degree. After college, I began a long and fulfilling career as a public educator.  I decided, after 24 years in the classroom, I would venture out into the competitive world of health care marketing.

In 2022, I married the love of my life, Jerry Selucky.  Soon after we were wed, we used Deryl Hoyt with Hoyt Real Estate to purchase our first property.  We had decided then that Lampasas would be our forever home.  We have 2 grown children Morgan and Maddie Amthor and 2 grandchildren  Oliver and Brayden Amthor that also reside in Lampasas. Our son, Jaden lives in Georgetown.

Once we were settled in our new place; we immediately began planning to start our own business.  By the end of 2022, J&L Plumbing LLC was up and running strong.  J&L Plumbing specializes in new construction, remodels, service, and repairs.  We are thrilled to be able to service San Saba and the other small communities in the area.

In 2024, I completed my real estate education and received my license.  I am excited to be able to bring my knowledge and experiences with me on this new adventure. We all know buying and selling a house can be stressful. Your time is valuable and your dollar hard-earned.

Hi, I’m Karleigh Bolt! I was born and raised in Goldthwaite, Texas, and now proudly call San Saba home as a first-time homeowner myself. Being part of this community means so much to me, and it’s one of the biggest reasons I love what I do.

I’ve been a licensed real estate agent since 2023 and have previous experience in wholesale land development. That experience taught me how rewarding it is to help families make their dreams come true — and how important it is to nurture and guide them through such a big decision.
