The kitchen windows have some stained glass decoration as well as one more stained glass window in the foyer. The kitchen counter tops have been updated with some Mosaic stone pattern and also an attractive brass faucet over the large double bowl porcelain sink. The downstairs bathroom has been completely remodeled with a roomy shower and ceramic tile throughout. The master bedroom is also downstairs which saves on old knees and located right off the kitchen for short travel to investigate for midnight snacks or beverages. To access the back door and upstairs you move through the laundry room which, by the way, everything has been completely rewired and re-plumbed. The stairs are a bit narrow and covered with carpet. At the top of the stairs you will find the first dormer window with a unique view over the top of downtown Brady. The upstairs bathroom has a claw foot bath tub over a ceramic tile floor. Perfect area to enjoy a long relaxing bath! Long relaxing baths are a diminishing self indulgence in our increasingly fast-paced quick shower world. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are surprisingly large. One measures 16 x 18 with a window dormer area on either side. The other bedroom is 11 x 19. Should you choose make this home into an Air B n B you could sleep a lot of folks in these two rooms.

The extra lots are located to the rear of the main property and are heavily wooded. This area could stand to be cleared and adapted into parking and exterior landscaping. Yes there is work to be done to this property but you will not find many this old and this well in tact. She is waiting for someone to come and take over assuming the role of loving and appreciating her.
